Cereal strength levels
The various cereals have strength levels of 1 to 5.
1 is for the mildest and 5 is for full-bodied taste.
Ingredients: buckwheat flour* (50%), spelt flour* (50%), water.

To aerate the full-bodied aroma of the cereal, open the bag 5 minutes before consumption.
