Ancestral know-how

Cereal flour, water and that’s it! No leaven, no added sugar, salt or fat. For 4 generations, we have passed on this ancestral know-how and this passion for unleavened bread… By remaining faithful to the original recipe!

100% local and eco-responsible

Our unleavened breads are made in Alsace, in Soultz-Sous-Forêts in our production site. The cereals are processed by local millers, located less than 150 km from our Company, as are almost all of our suppliers!
