Cereal strength levels
The various cereals have strength levels of 1 to 5.
1 is for the mildest and 5 is for full-bodied taste.
Ingredients: cereal flour 91.6% (wheat*, corn*, rye*, barley*), seeds 8.4% (sesame*, millet*, poppy*), water. *Organic ingredients.

Gluten, Sesame seeds. May contain traces of mustard.

To aerate the full-bodied aroma of the cereal, open the bag 5 minutes before consumption.
Store in a cool, dry place
